Leadership PREP/APRA is an affiliate of APRA, a 501c3 membership organization of 2,000 plus members, headquartered in Chicago, Ill. Leadership is provided through a volunteer Board of Officers and Directors. Officers and Directors both hold voting rights. Directors differ from Officers only in that they need not be members of APRA. This was a deliberate choice to allow Chapter leadership by members of smaller non-profit organizations that might not be APRA members. |
